Thank you for inquiring into our adult day services. Below you will find detailed information concerning enrollment in Riverwalk Adult Day Services.
Prior to attending Riverwalk Adult Day Services (RADS), each participant must have a physical examination by his or her doctor. A TB test or chest x-ray is required to rule out contagious disease. If a participant is hospitalized, the physician must provide a diagnosis for hospitalization, treatment, as well as a medication update upon the participant's return to the center.
After medical clearance, the prospective participant and their caregiver must set up an Intake appointment with Riverwalk Adult Day Services (see "Contact" for contact information). The Intake appointment will be conducted during Riverwalk Adult Day Services Center's business hours.
Attendance and Payment Schedule
Attendance must be scheduled monthly. Calendars of attendance are due by the 8th of the month for the following month. Participants without a calendar submitted by the 8th of the month are asked to bring their own meals from home. The bill for service is to be prepaid on the first day of attendance each month. No refunds are given for missed days.
